About Hudson Yards Loft Studios

Hudson Yards Loft is a premier film and photography studio rental space located in the heart of Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood. We offer five distinct 2,300 sq. ft. full-floor loft studios—each uniquely furnished and fully equipped for professional video shoots, cinematic interviews, commercial photography, and lifestyle content creation.

In addition to our indoor studios, we feature a fully finished rooftop with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline—a rare gem in New York City and a stunning location for outdoor photo and video shoots.

Each floor includes:

  • A curated furniture collection for set design (included with rental)

  • Access to our 10′×20′ freight elevator—large enough for crews, gear, and even full set pieces

  • Optional gear rentals: lighting, grip, and production equipment

  • Sound-controlled spaces in select lofts for podcasts and clean audio interviews

Located just minutes from Penn Station, the 7, C, and E subway lines, and parking at 36th & 10th Ave, the studio is easily accessible for crews, clients, and talent from all over NYC.

Our team brings decades of combined experience in commercial photography, video production, and on-set support. At Hudson Yards Loft, we’re committed to providing a premium production environment to help you bring your creative vision to life.
